Elin Heickinen age 7 died from Hård Mage

Could you please translate the above cause of death. I found one cause similar and it is Capsules Mage meaning hard stomach, constipation. She died in 1795. Hard stomach could mean a number of things, cancer of the stomach, enlarged liver - liver failure from a disease; but what is the basic translation of the Hard Mage.

The direct translation of "hård mage" is "hard stomach" meaning constipation, ie. blockage of the digestive tract (not the stomach feeling hard to the touch). This does not tell the reason for constipation which again might not have been the actual cause of death, but the visible symptom.

Thank you Eva for your translation. It is an odd diagnosis but medicine in the 1700's is not what it is today.
