I am looking for the birth date of the person noted above. I show 27 Sep 1746 but FFHA is the only place I can find what may be her name. Here is the link it's the last record on the right and I can make out September and also Margeta but I am unable to make out the other information. Will you please translate.

That entry on 12 Sep 1746 is for Margetha born to Erich Jöransson Kärpä and Margetha Mattsdotter.
It seems that Margeta Könonen's birth record is missing. You must rely on the entry in the communion book:

There her birth date is as you wrote. Parents above are Sigfrid Sigfridsson Könonen b. 11 Aug 1717 and Margetha b. 10 Mar 1719.
According to marriage record 13 Nov 1742 mother was Margetha Staffansdotter Halonen.
