Trying to find out more information about Henrich who served as a soldier in Säkylä. I can't translate his military paper and don't know what his name was before he became a Rehn.

He remained a soldier at Kirri Dragon and I think became a Vice Corporal.
I would like to be able to find his parents if at all possible but don't know what his previous name would be.
Henrich Jörannson Rehn (Reen)
Re: Henrich Jörannson Rehn (Reen)
Shortly: Samuel Rikström was promoted 23 May 1777 and 21 Aug 1777 a reserve soldier #32 was taken, born in Säkylä parish, 32 years old, unmarried. length in old units, named Hinrich Jöransson Reen.
Age is often an estimate, but here it seems to be accurate since in church books his birthday is given as 18 Apr 1745.

No exact match found for the date, but copying errors happened occasionally.
One possibility is tailor (sw skräddare) Jöran Andersson's son born 7 Jan 1745, but I lost track of him.

Hopefully someone with better knowledge of Säkylä parish can help further...

Re: Henrich Jörannson Rehn (Reen)
That's helpful information that he was local -- I thought he might be from another Parish and just moved to Säkylä to join the military. He does stay in the military for the rest of his life and dies 22 April 1806 in Säkylä after having been married twice (church records are very good for this time period). I thought the Reen/Rehn was just a misspelling and when he enlisted he was given the Rehn name designation.
