Can you tell me how I can get back to Hiski where I can look up by provinces/towns.

How sad. I hope the data can be restored, as much as possible. These things happen. I may have told you about my search for information regarding the death of a great uncle who died in WWI but if not, I couldn't find anything. I finally contacted the Veterans Administration to be told that there was a great fire and all U.S. Army veteran records between 1914-1933 were destroyed. It is what it is and we move on. I do hope the Hiski data can be reconstructed, it must be on a back-up somewhere.
