Simo birth record for Erkki Pulju-Simo, Lappi

I can't seem to find this person's birth registration. This is what I know about him:
Name: Errki Pulju born 1881 Simo, Lappi
He was 29 when he arrived in America in 1910 which would put his birth year 1880-1881
His father's name: Hannu Pulju and his mother Anna Sanaksenaho. They were married Jan,1879 in Simo.
There aren't a lot of birth records between 1879-1882 but unfortunately I had a hard time reading them.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated.
